High profile picks include the reboot of 鈥�,鈥� starring Jonah Hill, Channing Tatum, and Ice Cube. The comedy has been named a 鈥淐enterpiece鈥� film; SXSW Film producer Janet Pierson she went into the screening 鈥渨ith total skepticism,鈥� but came away impressed, calling the film 鈥渁 real social commentary.鈥�
Also receiving special designation as closing night film was 鈥淏ig Easy Express,鈥� a documentary on a train powered concert tour spearheaded by indie revivalists (which .)
Other notable films include festival opener, 鈥溾��, a horror genre-bender co-produced by "" showrunner Joss Whedon; 鈥�,鈥� an ultraviolent Indonesian import that鈥檚 garnered considerable buzz; and documentaries on Wikileaks (鈥淲ikileaks: Secrets & Lies鈥�) and the hacker collective known as Anonymous (鈥溾��).
