SCOTUS to Hear UT Affirmative Action Case in October

The U.S. Supreme Court is in October in a case challenging the at the University of Texas at Austin.

The Supreme Court will hear the case October 10.

In 2003, the University of Michigan鈥檚 use of race as a factor in admissions.
