The Austin Police Department has filed four more charges against the suspect and injuring more than 20 people .
Roger Wade with the AGÕæÈ˰ټÒÀÖ County Sheriff's Office confirms that 21-year-old Rashad Charjuan Owens now has 25 aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges filed against him as of April 17. He's also been charged with capital murder.
The four people who died - Steven Craenmehr, Sandy Le, De'Andre Tatum and Jamie West - and the 23 injured, had been near The Mohawk nightclub when Owens plowed through the barricades at Ninth and Red River Streets, allegedly to evade police and a sobriety check.
Court documents show Owens had a blood alcohol content of 0.114, above the legal limit of .08.
Owens is scheduled to appear in court on April 30 at the 14th District Court in AGÕæÈ˰ټÒÀÖ County.
