puts callers in touch with services from city's 14 different departments, including the Austin Police Department, Austin Resource Recovery, Health and Human Services, Transportation, Animal Service and more. Here's a breakdown of which city departments saw the most service requests:
"Additionally, we have an ever growing database of information about current issues, city buildings like libraries and recreation centers, as well as events [in Austin]," city information officer Patty Mendoza tells KUT News via email.
With Austin, the department expects to have even more service requests. You can submit a request online and track it.
