Pets usually aren't big fans of the ("Fireworks are loud, can I have a dog biscuit," one local canine said). But with  why not bring home a furry critter to call your own?  is offering this bargain adoption fee  of just $4 until 5 p.m. on Independence Day. The fee includes spay or neuter surgery, a microchip and vaccinations that would normally cost around $200.
